Kinda sucks that his last play of his career was him throwing an interception that cost the packers the game and playoffs.

ill tell ya, my eyes watered. what a good guy/great football player.

yea he was and i think he could of gone a season or two more with the new breakout players hes got.
He had a great career though and im sure he just wants to enjoy life and his family.

I'll always be a packer fan. I just don't understand why people cant let him retire in peace...hes played a total of about 21 years of football...i think he deserves to live his life now...i think hell open a bass shop somewhere in Mississippi ...hes tired and i can understand that...(hes going gray at 38)...i put him as 2nd best of all time...not only for how good he is on the field but as well as off the field...him and Dan Marino both have a lot of special needs foundations and that shows a lot of character...o.k I'm gonna stop rambling now

I always looked at Brett as the epitome of what a professional athlete should be. It's just a shame that HE CAN"T PRONOUNCE HIS OWN LAST NAME CORRECTLY!

At the beginning of the season I didn't know how the season was gonna turn out and I wasn't planning on watching any games but as they started winning there games I was like this could be hit turnaround year, so I watched all the games and was excited when we got to the Division championship and eventually the final game before the Super Bowl.

I would have liked it if he stayed another year but I'm happy that he retired where he ended off on a good note like R8RH8R said and he finally gets to spend more time with his family.
